Having read both articles, you should be tremendously proud of the accomplishment.  I for one think your article is appropriate for literally any ERP engagement, without regard to the product (i.e. it isn&#039;t just the &#039;NAV space&#039;).

In just a few short words, you&#039;ve managed to eloquently highlight what takes many writers volumes of books to point out.  On behalf of all of us who live these challenges on a daily basis, thank you!  (And congratulations-great way to start 2009)!!!
